Marc Short
Marc served as Chief of Staff to Vice President Mike Pence and as Assistant to the President and Director of Legislative Affairs at the White House for President Donald J. Trump. As the legislative affairs director, he worked to successfully pass the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act and shepherd through the nomination of hundreds of nominees, including Justice Neil Gorsuch. He is a founding partner at Advance Strategies Consulting, a frequent guest on national cable news networks, contributor for Meet the Press, as well as Board of Advisor for The Institute of Politics at The University of Chicago and the Center for Politics at the University of Virginia.
Prior to joining the Trump – Pence campaign, Marc was president of Freedom Partners Chamber of Commerce, the largest free-market business league in the U.S. with an annual budget exceeding $300 million. Marc also served as Chief of Staff for the House Republican Conference, chaired by Congressman Mike Pence (R-IN) and Chief of Staff for Senator Kay Bailey Hutchison (R-TX). In his early career, Marc was the executive director of the Reagan Ranch from 1998- 2001 and served as the executive director of Freedom Alliance from 1995-1998.

Andy Koenig
Andy Koenig is a founding partner of Kwinn Consulting, a Washinton, D.C. based policy advisory firm. Prior to entering the private sector, Andy served in the White House as a Special Assistant to President Donald Trump Legislative Affairs during his first term. While at the White House, Andy worked closely with Congress to pass many of President Tump’s key policy priorities. Those victories include the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act, more than a dozen deregulatory bills under the Congressional Review Act, and bills to reform criminal justice and federal job training programs. Andy began his career on Capitol Hill. Over a span of seven years in the House of Representatives, Andy served in several policy positions including Policy Director of the House Republican Conference under Chairman Jeb Hensarling (R-TX). After his time as a Congressional staffer, Andy worked in non-profit issue advocacy as the Vice President of Policy for Freedom Partners Chamber of Commerce before entering the White House.
